Dr Ramkumar met me when I was diagnosed with a clival chordoma 8 years ago after operations did not remove it fully. He arranged for me to have weeks of Proton Beam treatment in Switzerland. This treatment was amazing and saved my life as the tumour has stopped growing and Dr Ram has cared for me regularly since my return home. He meets and checks me regularly and arranges regular MRI scans. He is always thoughtful, caring and very thorough in checking me and making sure that I am ok. He has also been very kind to my husband and appreciates the concern he has had for my health over these years. Dr Ram is a gentle, caring, lovely man and I respect him and am very grateful to him. Please say a big thank you to him, from me.

Ram is very dedicated and caring, his knowledge of cancer and its treatment is outstanding as far as we are concerned. He has now looked after me for four years after taking me on as a research patient, I was only given four months, but thanks to Ram and his team I am still here. His need is to know as much as he can to help cancer patients and that is what he has done for me.

I have been a patient with dr Ramkumar at Southampton general hospital, for the last 5+ years.. I was diagnosed with scary skull based primary bone cancer, chordoma, .he has looked after me from the start and sent me to Florida for protons... i completely trust him and his advice,, always pleasant and listens to all my worries and makes me feel important.. thank you dr Ram. You are amazing ,

Dr Ramkumar at Southampton General hospital has looked after me for over 5 years,,, I was diagnosed with a skull based primary bone cancer, chordoma, and ever since I feel totally cared for,, he is always pleasant and listens to me and my worries... he sent me to Florida for protons and was there too using me as his case study... so he is one the best Drs I could have... he is so knowledgable, so helpful..thank you dr Ram.... thank you so much for helping me get through this hard time in my life...

I was referred to Dr Ramkumar in 2014. He is very caring and supportive and always has time to discuss matters in detail. In 2016 I was in Prague for treatment and Dr Ramkumar visited the Proton Therapy Centre. Myself and my family were very appreciative of the visit. The staff in Prague are all excellent and speak highly of him and clearly respect him. I highly recommend him to anyone.
